Meet Dr. Denis LeBlanc

Dr. Denis LeBlanc has dedicated his career to advancing the audiology profession through leadership, innovation, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Entrepreneur and visionary leader, Denis is passionate about building organizations where people, ideas, and communities can thrive.
Early in his career, Denis founded what would become one of Atlantic Canada’s largest hearing care organizations, helping shape the delivery of hearing care throughout the region. Although his career evolved from clinical practice to organizational leadership, his passion for audiology has never wavered. He later earned his Doctor of Audiology degree, reinforcing his lifelong commitment to learning and ensuring the organizations he leads continue to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
As co-founder of Audiologie Cibel Hearing, Denis provides the strategic vision behind the clinic. A natural leader, he has an exceptional ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and create environments where people are empowered to grow and succeed. His philosophy is simple: when people feel supported, trusted, and inspired, they do their very best work. That belief continues to shape the culture at Cibel every day.
Outside the Clinic
Outside of Cibel, Denis is a devoted husband and father who enjoys travelling, golfing, and coaching hockey. His passion for leadership extends well beyond audiology. He is the co-founder of Fox Creek Golf Club and the owner of Outcape, a leading roofing, cladding, and siding company. Deeply committed to his community, Denis also serves on several corporate and community boards throughout the region, where he enjoys sharing his experience and supporting organizations that make a positive impact. Whether mentoring teams, leading businesses, or spending time with his family, Denis is driven by a passion for helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
