For more than 20 years, Pauline LeBlanc has been helping people throughout southeastern New Brunswick hear better and reconnect with the conversations, people, and moments that matter most. Whether it’s hearing a grandchild’s laughter, enjoying dinner with friends, or simply feeling more confident in everyday conversations, she believes better hearing helps people stay connected to the life they love.
After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Université de Moncton and a Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Ottawa, Pauline built a career rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships. Known for her warm, caring approach, she has helped thousands of patients and played a key role in helping grow one of Atlantic Canada’s largest hearing care organizations before co-founding Audiologie Cibel Hearing, where she continues to provide the personalized, relationship-focused care that has defined her career.
As co-founder of Audiologie Cibel Hearing, Pauline’s vision is simple: to create a clinic where every patient feels welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. She believes exceptional hearing care begins with listening, not only to hearing concerns, but to each person’s story, lifestyle, and goals. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels confident and supported throughout their hearing journey.
When she’s not caring for patients, Pauline is a wife and proud mom of two boys who loves travelling, spending time outdoors, and planning the next family adventure. Whether exploring a new destination, cycling, or simply enjoying nature closer to home, she finds joy in creating lasting memories with the people she loves. She believes some of life’s most meaningful moments are the ones we share together, a philosophy that naturally carries into the care she provides every day.
